Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in TVP, businesses must meet the following criteria:
  1. Companies registered and operating in Hong Kong
  2. Not a government-sponsored agency or its subsidiaries
  3. Not listed in Hong Kong


To apply for a TVP, businesses must follow these steps:
  1. Select qualified TVP consultants or suppliers to provide advice and quotes for proposed technical solutions or services.
  2. Submit an application online through the TVP website or by post to the Innovation and Technology Council (ITC).
  3. ITC will review the application and notify the applicant of the result within 3-4 months.
  4. If approved, the applicant must sign a funding agreement with ITC.
